    This is the best Fightland episode to date. Maybe it's the fact that Rashad is an incredible guy, with such a clear grip on reality. Keep up the great work guys. Loving this stuff.

      Yeah a few years ago, he got stuck between being too cocky inside the octagon and too nice outside, i believe rashad is fun guy who is a tremendously driven leader and won't let his boys down Like AJ and Tyrone sponge in particular

    • @littlebitstrouds
      @littlebitstrouds Před 9 lety

      Eh, I don't think there's such a thing as "too cocky inside the octagon" for Rashad, as his cockyness is a tactic, meant for his opponent's perception, not ours. Anytime I compete I use this technique as well. Throwing an opponent mentally is half the battle. Sometimes more.

    this is so great! had a few comps and fights myself and i thought it was not normal to be as nervous as i am. After watching this it makes me understand that even the best fighters and top athletes have that fear clouding there excitement and its normal

    Why say the fight is this weekend in the description? It may have been when you filmed it, but it was almost a year ago.

      Why do you care about such a pedantic point? If you watched this whole thing and that's what you took away from it... you're paying attention to the wrong things in life...

    I hope Rashad drops down to 185 because he's so small for 205. He said if Rumble wins, he'll drop down, he's such a small 205er (height & reach wise) he'll be perfect for 185, just like guys like Dan Henderson & Lyoto Machida..what Yall think?

    • @KWillo
      @KWillo Před 9 lety

      Too small? He was the LHW champ and dominated that division outside of Lyoto and Jon Jones.

    • @thaitran3985
      @thaitran3985 Před 9 lety

      KinneyBourneTV He had a bigger reach than Lyoto he just looks small for a LHW i don't know why other fighters his heights look bigger in his division

    • @KWillo
      @KWillo Před 9 lety

      Thai Tran Trust me Rashad is a big dude irl. I train at his gym but he's gained back his usual weight around 235 lbs.

    • @thaitran3985
      @thaitran3985 Před 9 lety

      Kevin Williams he should not be 235lbs wow really you rain with him?!

    • @KWillo
      @KWillo Před 9 lety +1

      Thai Tran I don't train with him directly but at the gym he help start.He gained that weight since he's had that knee injury if I'm not mistaken.
