I'd never get tired of that view....even if I lived to be 100. Matt - have you done any hiking in the mountains?
Here i hike on Mt Hibok-Hibok which is active vulcano on Camiguin Island 1332 m of elevation, it was amazing whole day adventure. In Poland and Slovakia i did some hiking in Tatry mountains and Beskidy mountains. My best hike in Poland was Mnich mountain with breathtaking view and a litlle of climbing to reach the top: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mnich_(mountain)

Hey Mat that pine tree he was showing he planeted. I believe that's a fern tree, just take a picture of it and look on Google Picture. Lots of pine Trinity here baby once never seen one like that so I investigate it and I believe that
Hi Kevin, This is definitely not a fern and Dawid knows about plants I too have seen many pine trees in my life, remember we are from Poland ;)
Love the property . I have 2000sqm here in Danao ( Misamis Oriental ) in the Hills It would also have a view but to many coconut and other trees block the view. The advantage living in the hills no flooding. The advantage here where we live is the typhoon winds are not very strong as the mountains around here break the wind. have a good day...

Manjyuod on Negros Oriental, near Dumaguete, your plot of land is at high elevation on the hill - it must be cooler up there, correct ?

@@IslaPamilya Yes, too bad I don't understand polish. Fallowed the ling to his channel, but difficult to understand. I have a couple of friends living in Sanok that have been visiting and working here in Norway, but never learn the language.
I wish you every happiness with your life in the Philippines. I do worry though. My brother was married to a Filipino, invested heavily in building their own home, a Jeepney, a few pigs, chickens, a couple of acres of extra land with coconuts and so on. The problem was she ended up stonewalling him and the inevitable happened - a divorce. As EVERYTHING was in her name he lost the lot.
There are more stories like this, which is why it's a good idea to write a lifetime lease from your wife to protect yourself or buy a lot on your childs name.

As we said, prices for such plots start at 50 pesos per square meter and depend on the location, size of the plot, legal status and who is selling and to whom. David did not want to reveal the exact price.
