सर चुनावी चंदा इस प्रकार होना चाहिए कि जिसे चंदा देना हो वह सुप्रीम कोर्ट आफ इंडिया के खाते में दें, जिसपर आयकर मे छूट प्रदान किया जायेगा तथा उस चंदे से चुनाव आयोग,चुनाव कराए तथा राजनीतिक दलों की मदद प्रति वोटर प्रतिमाह के हिसाब से 2 रूपये प्रति वोटर दिया जाना चाहिए । जिन राजनीतिक दलों ने 4% से कम मत हासिल किया हों उसकी मदद नहीं किया जाना चाहिए ।

EC should pay some money to parties, why should a middleclass tax payer pay his/her money to these parties? Aren't we already paying tax in some form or the another? Look at Karnataka, highest paying taxpayer getting close to NIL returns
