You should play with widescreen fix mod, it will fix your aim and the game will look better with it.

@@BaoPump I know. This is just the original version from Rockstar Game Launcher. I wanted it to look as original as possible. I will use widescreen and other mods in the next GTA 3 Gameplay. Thanks for your suggestion😉👍🏼
