Yes, but at the same time you can do mystery packs that give you a good value no matter what. Who wants to spend $55 only to get pokemon go and other trash packs worth way less than half of what you paid? Danny Phantump packs are a wayyyyyyy better value, and even if he charged $10 more for them they'd still be great value.
@@str8nashtygaming466to be fair you’re comparing oranges to apples. He’s the only one who did one round of them and didn’t make any profit. They were like 27 bucks. I got two myself. That’s not realistic tho hence why he released one wave. In order for any mystery item to work you have to have some that are worth less than the cost to cover the ones you lose a lot on. It’s obvious but apparently needs to be stated. If he puts booster packs worth 3-500 in his gold tiers than he obviously needs to make the money up in his green tiers. Don’t even mention his rainbow tiers. I personally don’t buy them just because my luck always sucks and I try to buy packs the cheapest I can. I don’t blame anyone who does buy them. What is annoying is rip and ship shops that charge so much extra. Thats so dumb. Why would you pay extra to have someone else open your packs and not even send you all the cards. Then you also pay shipping 💀💀💀
@greatbambino8045 Danny did multiple waves of his mystery packs. I literally just bought a few packs last week. He stated he makes no money, but he still is able to add high value packs for only $28..... including god packs and vintage packs. So like I said, you could charge $10 more and make your profit. Even if you go by MSRP you're only getting $24 in value for $55 spent. But we all know these came from case lots, so the per pack cost is less than $3 per pack, $18 in value. If the cost to break even is $28 for 7 packs, then every dollar over is profit correct?
Totally agree but with $606 you could buy 4 booster boxes at 150 each most sets in these cost $150 or less or near 6 or 6 shiny treasures booster boxes depending on if you can get a deal or not which are full of hits

I agree that people shouldn't expect to always farm great pulls from these, but to rather have fun opening and rifling through his bundles like it was Christmastime! That's what booster boxes are for.

Yeah I keep finding blissy and gardivior tins at dollar general the ones with a cosmic eclipse pack in them and I'm trying to build up our sealed collection. We've got 5 of each saved and we have opened about 8 already. It's getting expensive. And just got 2 evolving skies etbs too.😵 And now I hear 151 with the god packs should be saved as well....🤯 What do I do!!!!

I remember that shining fates pack - I came to you via CZcams algorithm and not that pack however. Recommended because I follow Rev and CTR.

Walmart had a deal going on Evo Skies ETB's for $60 last week and got a Moonbreon out of one of them so they are still out there.
Even though some of the cards aren't worth much, they're all pretty cool, alot better than they was back when I used to collect them back during the jungle/fossil ages.
100% I also used to collect back in the first generation and what we get in the packs today is pretty amazing. Something I like to keep in mind is that when I was a kid, I pulled a base set Charizard and sold it to a card shop for $50 and that was market price at the time. Even looking back at the last few generations, those cards weren’t worth much either and then a few years later they are already climbing. That’s why I love that everything is so affordable right now for collectors to open.
bought S&V sleeved boosters at a Macy's that put them on final clearance. after all discounts they were $1.22 per pack! it was wild

I appreciate your video and opening these for your viewers, you definitely got a like from me. However, mystery packs are horrible when it comes $ efficiency but they sure as hell are entertaining to watch. Mystery packs is a gamble within a gamble so I hope people know what they get into. If you buy specific packs and open them, you're just gambling on which cards you're gonna get but with Mystery Packs, you're gambling on which packs you're gonna get and then gambling on which cards you're gonna get when you open them.
