How to make Minecraft in scratch:
1. Make a Java interperater in scratch.
2. Copy all the Minecraft code.
3. Copy the code of the libarys Minecraft uses.
4. PC go boom boom.

or making a list.
And the rendering would have to be all
pen with a few sprites for the GUI.
And you would need to read all of the Java
Documentation and the documentation for the other library's.
So you know what the code does.

It's just in "Iframe" in the scratch website, which is basically another website on a website. Sure the is the scratch website, but the scratch website is just its default url in the .
