Something I'd love to see for D.Va is the ability to eject manually.
You know how you can "throw" her ult because her jet packs keep going even after she ejects? Imagine if that was part of D.Va's general playstyle. Give her an E ability "Eject", that lets her get out of the mech. The mech would "lock" her current controls, like her jets, Defense Matrix, walking forward, etc., while D.Va jumps out as Baby D.Va, and Baby D.Va also gets an E ability that allows her to get into her mech when its empty.
This would allow D.Va to stay incredibly safe, giving her the option to ditch her mech and get out a bit earlier and start working on her next one, or use it as bait to protect her team.
Here's a few scenarios where I could see this being incredibly useful:
You see Roadhog. He goes to hook you. You eject. He pulls the empty mech towards him, and destroys it, but you remain far away from him, poking at him to get ult back.
The enemy is pushing in. You Defense Matrix, lock it in with Eject, and hop out. Defense Matrix stays pointed at the enemy, while you fire at them and deal some damage, then get back in as your team moves up.
You see your team get caught in Zarya's ult. Rather than suicide into it with them, you activate your jets and Defense Matrix, and throw it into the Graviton Surge. You are safe, but your team is protected by your mech.

Good idea, but I think the mech should blow up in 5 to 10 seconds instead of being able to get back in it. Baby dva's ult meter rate would be increased by a small amount more than if the mech blew up by damage
