Maam aapke videos recently dekhne start kiye hai. Thanku ke aap sort karke bata rahe ho ki konsa product worth hai lena. Maam mein 49 yrs ki hu. Pre menopause mein hu. All of sudden bahot changes ho gaye hai skin mein kaafi dry hogayi hai. I hv started calcimax iso as suggested by my gynaec,nveda ka omega 3 raat ko leti hu. Isse pehle hairfall ka treatment kiya toh well women one month li. Maam kya mein collagen bhi start kar sakti hu kya? Plant base ya marine konsa better hai. Dr morepan ka hydrolyzed collagen sugar free hai so i want to use that. Ols suggest. Wrinkles ke liye retinol based olay 24 retinol night cream/ nutrogena wrinkle cream/ minimalist, isme se konsi start karu? Olay laga chuki hu acchi hai. Now u tell wat will be best as per my age.
