To get vigilante you need 100% mastery and you can get it from quests and many I suggest farming many and you can only use deku or this

The guy with that chain was using vigilante deku.
The other version of normal deku.
You need 100% mastery to obtain it (in deku character.)
Then click on the deku with mask.
(Ways to get mastery: Defeat nomu/namu, Or do quests from abandoned store guy, to keep doing quests with no wait you need alot of robux cuz reset timer costs 35 r$.)

Warp portal is overpowered against Namu/Nomu.
I reccomend getting a warp portal user to help.
It will be easy if their good at warp portal.
And if they know how to land the warp moves.

Koope it's better when using Vigilante/Dark Deku. Because it's damage is increased to 20% unlike the original Deku you are using
