Admire how Meg who only rides ponies at home, is able to instantly adjust to riding a performance type of horse.
This!!! When I switch trainers from a trainer who was always riding my horses when she didn’t need too over pricing when I barely got lesson and many many other problems with her to my new trainer who lets me hack and school her horses some even being Grand Prix horses she lets me ride 6+ a day at times and i love it and i love that she never rides my horses and they are doing better then ever i love my boys and my mare supper happy i switched
Any good equestrian can do it

Those horses were as calm and relaxed with you as they were with the other girls.
Your jumping was what a your horse needs coming from SJ to go eventing . You let her find her own way by just keeping a lovely rhythm. That's exactly what she will need to learn xcountry.
Also remember there is no way the girls would have let you near them if they doubted your ability.
Always nice to see the OG! Meg you are a lovely rider with soft hands on the reins. Time to allow yourself some confidence!!!
This is good experience for the Bear Cub. ;D I think she's going to give you a huge filly with an even bigger jump!

This was great watching you ride bigger horses you looked so small good to see you and G together and I liked the two bay’s I did like the grey but Lola had a mega jump and the youngster had presence so thank you for taking us along with you and G

Both mares were amazing! The bay definitely has a powerful hind end wow! 🤩 The 3rd horse has some amazing tack. I love the colors black and red on that saddle.
Oh my God that last horse was so gorgeous😭😍 hoping Bear's foal will grow up to look a little like that🤞🏼 and it's amazing you could adjust to them so well!

As weird as it sounds it makes me so happy when you say you're scared or nervous or don't think you're good enough! Because from where I am, it's so nice to know that someone as good and experienced as you still feels that way sometimes. I've only been riding for three years and never even jumped yet, having had to build up my confidence first hehe :) Don't know where I'm going with this, you're just such an inspiration!
It sounds like you're gonna do great things once you get that confidence, I've been riding for 37 years, eventing for 23yrs and Ive always had terrible nerves when it comes to show jumping but I'm fine x-country, so I wouldn't worry hun

4 yr old is physically gorgeous but I’m just not a fan of horses who break at the third vertebrae, but then I’m a dressage rider. Maybe that’s not a big deal for jumpers? But loved the first two horses.
You rode them so much better ! Your rider is way quieter than Gigis ! You should really consider getting a bigger horse so you can go up the levels ! 🥰

Think you need to buy something 16hh to get some practise in before Ron and Bears foal ;) You can obviously ride them, you just like being closer to the ground! ;)
@@NoThankUBeQuiet ok, should have said, 'get yourself a 5/6yr old 16hh etc'. Obviously I am making a sarcastic comment towards her love of horses under 15hh, just like me even though I am super tall!
@@NoThankUBeQuiet she is not gonna be much more than 15'2 and thats a small horse. Arround 158cm max 160 cm. Which is still a small horse. At least from my countrys point of view.
