As a foreigner who read his second book titled "Yangchen"(full of mistakes, typo and non typo as well) it was disheartening to know how the judiaciary functions in Bhutan. The way the powerful connected people could just guarantee the result ot the legal cases, before, after and during the time of the legal proceeding. It is very very sad, especially for the innocent and guiltless people.
I found out that similar state prevailing in Chiina after I read "The Rise and Fall of the House of Bo" , Penguin Publication
Judges and lawyers become rich in china too.
GNH will remain a lip service as long as Judiciary remains corrupt.
