even if they use larger aggregate than others, it doesn't seem like it from the video , it still have a high cement and sand ratio given the texture of the paste. what do you mean by they are using real concrete, like 10-30% aggregate, and called it is real concrete?not sure what you are talk about normal concrete use like almost 40-70% large aggregate for large panl like 2 by 4 by 0.3 or larger. too large of an aggregate will create crack on the paste. given they are using a line not a slab, slab can avoid crack using large aggregate and high ratio of it, because the vibrator and levelling will make a good surface, over the entire volume, so the inside of a slab is mainly the aggregate. for lines, you got a lot of surface area per volume, so you either use little aggregate, or you are going to get cracks. we concretor and concrete engineer have worked this out for decades. aggregate only is use to reduce cost, they don't strengthen the concrete or make it look nice. high workability and good looking has to been higher cement and sand ratio against large aggregate, and this is directly proportional to the surface to volume ratio.
This is ridiculous and clearly not a productivity improvement over traditional laying of AAC or cinder blocks. 20 grown ass men playing in the mud, delivering a clearly inferior product for 5x the cost.

They seem small. Can you print regular 3-4 bedroom homes 2100 sq ft or more? Can 3d printed homes have basements?
