    Arsh
Arsh means the compensation specified in this chapter to be paid by the offender to the victim or his heirs under the chapter XVI of Criminal Procedure Code.
Arsh is basically a compensation for offences relating to various kinds of hurt. It is to be assessed at certain percentage of the value of Diyat. It is to be paid in lump sum or in installments. In default the convict is liable to simple imprisonment. He may be released on bail against security of an equal amount. Arsh can be awarded in addition to Tazir.

"Tazir means any punishment other than Hadd." "Tazir is the punishment which is prescribed and awarded by the Court other than Qisas, Diyat, Arsh and Daman." Objects of Tazir are the correction of the offender and the prevention of the recurrence of the crime.Nov 17, 2017

Hudud (also transliterated hadud, hudood; singular hadd, liter
al meaning "limit", or "restriction") is the word often used in Islamic literature for the bounds of acceptable behaviour and the punishments for serious crimes. In Islamic law or Sharia, hudud usually refers to the class of punishments that are fixed for certain crimes that are considered to be "claims of God." They include theft, fornication, consumption of alcohol, and apostasy.

    15. And those of your women who commit illegal sexual intercourse, take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them (i.e. women) to houses until death comes to them or Allah ordains for them some (other) way.
    16. And the two persons (man and woman) among you who commit illegal sexual intercourse, punish them both. And if they repent (promise Allah that they will never repeat, i.e. commit illegal sexual intercourse and other similar sins) and do righteous good deeds, leave them alone. Surely, Allah is Ever the One Who accepts repentance, (and He is) Most Merciful.
    17. Allah accepts only the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and foolishness and repent soon afterwards; it is they to whom Allah will forgive and Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise.
    18. And of no effect is the repentance of those who continue to do evil deeds until death faces one of them and he says: "Now I repent;" nor of those who die while they are disbelievers. For them We have prepared a painful torment

Diya (Arabic: دية‎; plural diyāt, Arabic: ديات‎) in Islamic law, is the financial compensation paid to the victim or heirs of a victim in the cases of murder, bodily harm or property damage. It is an alternative punishment to qisas (equal retaliation). In Arabic, the word means both blood money and ransom, and it is spelled sometimes as diyah or diyeh.[citation needed]
It only applies when victim's family want to compromise with the guilty party; otherwise qisas applies.
