I really love this one. I've seen a lot of your homes, and I think this is my fav. Im going to watch it again.
There are so many things I love about this house! The exterior colors are my favorite, the gray shades with the brown and the black window frames. I love the natural wood look of the pillars out in front. The exterior design is great too. The high ceiling design is a great feature and very cool. The closet in the master bedroom looks fantastic, the brown bamboo and all the drawers. But the best feature of the house I think is the dream bathroom in the master bedroom! The dark wood planks, the big bathtub area and the sink make this bathroom peaceful, tranquil, and would be amazing to have

The bedroom wing is very nice. The living room/kitchen needs a total rethink. This house is going to freeze or air fry every time either door is opened, the kitchen table is awkward in the space, and the whole area is pinched and cramped.
Love the front and back porches. Also that Master Bath is truly awesome!

Another interesting plan, but I would redesign the bathrooms. The wet room shower and the freestanding tub are both cleaning issues, and the bath off the hall is very tight. This might function as a B&B, but it lacks storage. The TV over the fireplace can be literally a pain in the neck, and if the fireplace is actually used, the heat can damage the TV.
Very nice. I feel like it is a vacation cottage rather than a primary home, and that's fine. It would be so nice to go there and relax a while.
Nice design. I feel like the vaulted being is a waste of space that could be used as a loft. Also, there early should be a half bath included.

The exterior and the living room are great. I also like the size of the bedrooms. I see most of these plans having the giant exhaust fan over the stove but I would much prefer having that space with a microwave and more cabinet space. Although the windows are gorgeous in the dining area, I think I would give one of them up for a pantry. I love the smaller bathroom! The larger one has, for me, a lot of wasted space. I would rather have a tub-shower combo in the main bathroom and a shower in the master. Then again, except as a small child, I couldn’t care less about a bathtub. I love the exterior doors being across from each other for airflow and easy porch access. (I’d want one of them screened.) I also appreciate the working fireplace for power outages. And I always appreciate that you include a laundry room!

Not enough closet space in first bedroom.? Don’t need dishwasher put drawers in for storage instead.
This is a really beautiful house, but that back door is a little to close to the living room. I’m not sure if I’m explaining correctly, but it just seems out of place. But I love the bedroom areas ❤
What would the 1500 sq ft version be like?
I get this is a cottage, but the design sucks. Does the door open in or out? I have a major security issue. The laundry room had a good size and the shelves were deep enough. The bedrooms need rethinking. The commodes in both bathrooms should be accommodated to disabled, I didn’t see that.
And, what was the room in the back; is it optional, or in the design
Where’s the storage area? Like holiday decorations? Kitchen/dining area is cramped, living room wont accommodate > 4-5 people. We have families! Even older folks like family to visit. A fireplace (2-sided) between the LR and dining would be fantastic warmer addition.
Master is perfect but needs a clothing closet, guest room too. A single (or married couple) minimalist might enjoy the home. I wouldn’t. Give us a small half bath so guests don’t have to see how the kid(s) leave a bathroom for guests to see.
