Novelists are getting better every day. With each new song I become even more of a fan of this band. Camille was an incredible addition.
This band's solos have always elevated this band for me, now combined with these amazing vocals they've come close to a perfect song. Incredible.
I'm used to listen Novelists as noveslits. Each sound is another novel. Camille brings some fresh new style like it's a new book of novels. This is so damn beautiful, and so reminiscent of the older Novelists stuff with that newer flare that they've shown us. The singles they've been putting out give me very high hopes for whenever the next album comes out, and I look forward to it with excitement.

Somehow this band always flew over me .. And as only after reading the comments I understood that it is not the original vocalist, I can only say that this new vocalist made a great introduction cause I would not have guessed that she is someone's substitute (prob replacement is better word). Anyways I'm happy that I discovered this group and this song, it ill definitely land in my playlist :)
Im exactly the same 😅 somehow had never heard of this band till recently. The first few songs I listened to were all the new singles, and holy moly, this new vocalist kicks ass 🤟 NOVELISTS are definitely gonna be in my on repeat playlist 👌

Really wish we could get an album. NEW Single tomorrow guys!! If you dig this song you will enjoy the new one. Personally I think the band is strongest when they mix BOTH heavy and melodic. I hope the band realizes that a HUGE part of the fanbase are guitar nerds like me. I NEED those crazy swingy riffs!!

I respect everything coming to their new sound, vocalist change, and the pace of their new songs, because I have not been fan of that, Im a hufe fan of their old style, the Melodic Metalcore/Post-Hardcore sound rich in pace. This is the first song where I could listen to that nostalgic atmosphere, with certain sections of reminding past rhythms. I will keep loving THIS signature Novelists used to have, this song reminded me that feeling...

Loved the dark/heavy turn at the end. Camille and the band show so much maturity in writing together - it’s wild! I really appreciate the slower melody (“I was feeling safe with no one else”) followed by the faster, more rhythmic vocals following. That’s what I mean about the maturity - and you do it so well! Stoked for your future. Come to the states! Denver has an amazing scene 😉

yo whoever decided to put that four note melody behind the riff at 1:38, for some reason it gives such an epic Dune-like vibe. This is pure, crunchy, face scrunching music.
