    Joining you with mixed berry herbal tea, iced down to make a flavorful iced tea. It is my favorite way to get flavor and not calories/sugar.

    I like your video! do you think you could make one that discusses how hormones or other biological troubles might effect weight or weight loss/gain and how to decide if you should ask your doctor for help or tests to find out if those things are a problem for you? I think you would make a good video about this, especially from a dietician that knows a lot about this kind of thing and not a doctor that does a little bit of everything.
