Why sup courts granted him bail without any codal provisions and previous presidents. We are not treated equal to the law. Powerfully influential politician who may afford tact and con tactful lawyers syndicate are free to do any things they like. We common citizens are bound to pay tax for corrupt under trial politician, burocrate and judges also.
Person who is facing more than 35 cases under more than eighteen sections must not be allowed to hold any office till one is not acquitted frm court of law. Why not speedy trials in all cases where chargsheethas been filled in competent court is conducting. There is already Sp courts for MP,MLA. After convicted from court of law he may be not treat to hold any office of public importance which pay and allowances are born from consolidated fund of India and states.
