Nice composition! What kind of paints did you use? To me they give more of a gouache vibe, I'd never dare to use heavy graphite under transparent watercolour. Thanks for sharing your art :)
The addition of white into watercolors gives that appearance. He didn't list what he used on this video but he has on other videos. ❤

It's seems, only at the end, that the white color is opaque. I guess it is gouache.

Painting needs some accent colors. I'd even add some yellow dots for the apartment windows light.
