The developer is updating it. I’m not sure how percentage of is done. There’s a location that’s similar to a scene for TATMR where Diesel 10 dump coal onto him.
@@bearthehymekdiesel2000 Definitely the flying Scotsman will be added, the older version has him spawn in Vicarstown before. But, I have never seen Hiro in the game. I played this game for 2 years and I never seen Hiro. That I’m not sure.
@@bearthehymekdiesel2000 the only thing I see, is a bit a track and low detail model of Stanley (which is not drivable). I am not sure if Waterton will be next. There’s a lot of places that is incomplete or not yet built. For example the blue bell railway is some what made. It’s like 40% done.

Not yet. Vicarstown is around half done.
At least what I saw back a few days ago. I’m typing this as my plane to go home is getting unloaded.
