2/0 and I only had 15lb test…wouldn’t recommend anything less than 20lb out there

Look like you do head shake technique. How do you know when the fish bites to set the hook?

It depends what you are fishing for. Lately I have been using circle hooks most of the time and really letting them take it before a slight hook set. 🤙
