“Let’s get into some skincare, shall we?” says Kate Hudson, as she shares some of her favourite skincare products. Other daily essentials for the American actress and mum-of-three? Blue light glasses (“I never leave home without them”), nipple covers (“I don’t like bras”) and a knitted beret that she bagged in 2001 whilst shooting Le Divorce in Paris. I don’t store my shades in a case either. They have their own section in one of the inside pockets just like reading glasses for easy access.
