I think it is vital that prior to bosses trusting and giving flexible work arrangement to employees. It is the employee very initial attitudes and responsibility gives to the companies that they know these employees can be trusted to perform as well within this system.

Of course it works. I can go run in the morning, come back sweaty, send email, lunch, watch Mothership, FB, emails, conf calls, maybe can nap, more calls, then finish. Dinner. Then more emails, calls.
In the past no time to even exercise. So yes, it's a win win

💯% yes, FWA and WFH arrangements works and improves the well-being and productivity of workers. WFH IS THE BEST.
Companies that don't want to offer better work/life balance to people, can't expect better outcomes from their employees. Simple.

Although I am not an employer, it is rather unfair to the company and those whose job cannot accommodate flexi work hours. So the best is for All employees to be paid according to hours worked in the company and working at home will be at a lower rate as employees salary is based on 191 hours thereabouts before flexi hours was introduced.

Nah. My bosses don’t believe in WFH. This FWA will be swept under the carpets.

There are many opposition party members involved in police investigation for criminal offences - pritam, charles yeo, lim tean, hsien yang, etc. This is worrying, as it is no longer safe in s'pore. 🤣🤣
