Yeah seems like the addiction will win over in some time. I also deleted the apps n games which were consuming our time. But Fomo wins... Like not being updated about my frens n family is all i need in life. But will give this 2 hour switch off thing a try for sure... Bcoz that will allow me to use fb insta etc in my free time n leave our us time at the end of the day.
If you really try you can do it....the thing is I'm not on any social media ...my friends tell me it's difficult to keep in contact with you....i call then instead of whatsapp
