Definitely not if you store it properly. I've made cold porcelain following a recipe pretty much identical to this one and it worked perfectly, and then I forgot about it lol. Found it over a year later in one of my craft drawers and it was still perfect! I first wrapped it tightly in cling wrap (spread a thin layer of vaseline onto the inside of the plastic wrap first, it will help keep the clay from drying out) then put it in a ziplock bag and squeezed all the air out, then put in in an airtight Tupperware dish. It stays good for quite a long time.

Depends on the properties of wood glue of your country, you can use PVA also as pva does not attract fungus

You can go with pva also but make sure the glue is not flowing consistency like water. A bit thick glue would be better.

Not in the USA. Corn flour is more of a yellow meal. Cornstarch is very fine white powdery product.

No dear it doesn't, the cooked clay gets shrink after drying, i recommend you to add 1 tablespoon glycerin along with baby oil.

If you mean corn flour "makai ka aata" then no. Add corn starch that is usually used for thickening the gravy or soups
Always knead in a bowl.
