Bugbear Entertainment's "Next Car Game" is the studio's attempt at combining the fun of classic racing games like Demolition Derby with the updated graphics and physics of their FlatOut series. Since they're publishing the game themselves, they're offering pre-order perks, including this sneak peek tech demo which is an open sandbox of vehicular mayhem... which I'm very happy to try out!

I have to say, that was a very good ending Kurt! I love the hilarity and the stunts and such, but that satisfying crunch and impossible engine revving just happened to make my day. Thank you for your videos, they really do seem to cheer me up a lot!

BeamNG is a engine and this is a game made on the BeamNG drive engine :)
Not at all actually. Open you're eyes.
Beamng calculates each collision in real time, so you can go in slowmotion and see the shockwave ripple through the car. NCG just gives you the end result

Bug bear if you're reading this. You have a following from the flatout games and most of us experienced this on the xbox. It'd be a shame if this doesn't make it to next generation and current generation consoles.

Yeah, that's why I said "after they sold it" :) They sold the name to another company who screwed it up by making FO3 which was just bad. Now they can't use the Flatout title so they made Next Car Game

Its good to see they got good funding on their website.
I actually gonna be sad, if there arent maps like this in the final game. Because i really enjoyed just messing around for hours upon hours in this map.
A few more colors on the ground, because one shade of white would be nice :P its hard to see where elevation is.
Now i really wish they would add a few more cars, like say a monster truck and perhaps a really really fast and fragile car or maybe a tank :P
