Your videos and healthy habits are always refreshing to see. I strive to be more goal oriented and love the idea of doing things with intent. It's really helpful to see others with similar intent to live a purposeful life. Tony Robins once said, "I always tell people if you want to know the secret to happiness, I can give it to you in one word: progress,". It reminds me that stagnation is undesirable, and growth is rewarding. He has also talked about the importance of balance, of which I heavily believe in as well.

What temperature and how long do you bake the cookies?
