- Ive really enjoyed ridding the Air Pro over the past 4 weeks.
It has good power, good range, under 20kg and has a small footprint but still feels stable.

I just bought this exact scooter. Only taken it on a short test ride so far but I love it. It’s going to be how I commute to work now (when the weather isn’t too wet), 11km trip each way. Save a bit of diesel.

Personally, any eScooter without wires/cables danglin is great to see. Surpringly rare in design.
Interestin choice with rear wheel bein "airless" rubber tyre.

Hey Scott, relatively new subscriber (maybe a month now) and I have to say I really like your grounded way of reviewing. I know it's been awhile since your review, but any updates on how the ecomobl et is holding up? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger (especially since their summer sale is going on) but I'm wondering how well the planetary gear drive is holding up and whether the batteries are still in decent shape.
Also, as an American in the current climate, my wife and I have been looking into relocating to Brisbane in the next three years or so, and your videos have only added to my favorable opinion of the place. Thanks for investing your time and effort in such a cool hobby, it makes those of us thinking of joining in a lot less hesitant. You rock.

Brisbane is a awesome place to live a little humid in the peak of summer but not too bad,
The Et and ET2 I think is one of their best boards, handles well, simple trucks comfy deck etc.
That said, the planetary gearing can be a little bit of a headache. They require regular maintenance and grease and takes a fair bit of time to break the motors down,
A simple belt drive would be a lot easier

@@scottdaviesyoutube That's what I was worried about, and unfortunately I don't have an insta. I'm a bigger guy, around 110kg and I've heard the belt drives can have trouble with a lot of weight off the line, and I figured the gears would be a little more secure. But you're also not a small dude and the belts seem to stand up with you on board, so maybe I need to reevaluate that.
I also like the Eovan gts super, but it's like 300 more than the eco. Hmm. Decisions, decisions.
I love the boardwalks all over out there, how're the beaches? Amy hills or mountains nearby? I like my MTB riding too, and that'd be a nice bonus.

Very nice looking scooter, but seems a year or so behind the curve for its class (e.g. compare to a Swift, which is 2.5kg lighter, 100W more-powered and $200 cheaper). It also lacks that all-important emergency back brake, which is vital for a commuter scooter IMO. Still, cable management definitely works in its favour, and that deck form factor is much nicer than most others. Great review, Scott.
I totally forgot to mention the the back light.
It’s small but quite bright especially in low light !!
I am in search of a scooter. What model is a Swift ? All I found is a SWFT Phoenix but that is a FWD scooter and very weak.
eScooters seem like a useful thing. I keep hearing mixed messages about them being banned outright in Victoria and other places in Aus. Down here in Tasmania it seems ok for now in mid 2023.
