      I’m surprised he is not knee wrapped and back wraps and wrist straps. Some people do that for this shit. Side delts with a powerlifting belt on lol

      You can do for example cable row, barbell row, body row, dumbell chest supported row... Just around the same movement pattern, you get the idea. But this one is special in a way, that it's isolated. In barbell, cable or body row you need to engagne whole body more.
