To those that have forgotten this is a business, try to remember that it is. Jenny is a businesswoman like her mom, which I believe if not mistaken, is her full or part-time business manager. The chess move her team made was a brilliant one. In order to be in a position to be a part of a heavily promoted HBO series without any major acting under her belt is bad a$$. Jenny has crazy influence and this is just one of the reasons why Jenny can sit at the round table and her team negotiates the deal. It is all about building the brand not destroying it. In order to be in a position to be a part of a heavily promoted HBO series without any major acting under her belt is bad a$$. Jenny has crazy influence and this is just one of the reasons why Jenny can sit at the round table and her team negotiates the deal. It is all about building the brand not destroying it. Baby steps, Blinks. Baby steps. The television/film industry is different from the music industry.
