hey all just wanted to let you know i did pay extra for the whole list of mods mostly combo buttons but they do work =) just havent tried it on fort, works well for call of duty and halo series
I may sound like an idiot but, I saw your custom controllers on amazon, I got a carbon fiber skin. Are all controllers from you guys modded with rapid fire? I got the little flier directing me to the website for mod instructions. I paid $289 on Amazon. The mod commands on the controller don't seem to work for me, so just trying to see if I'm doing something wrong or even have it in the first place. Thanks!
Hi! Thank you so much for your purchase. Not all controllers are modded. If purchasing on Amazon the title most include "Modded", otherwise it will be one of our exclusive custom controllers. We hope this helps!
@@CustomControllerzz ok makes sense. I tried building my controller on your website including the rapid fire and the price was almost $100 cheaper than what I paid on Amazon without rapid fire. Any idea on what I couldve paid extra for?

Hi! Elite Series 1 controller? At this time we do not offer rapid-fire on Elite Series 2 controllers. All Elite series 2 controllers we sell our solely custom and NOT modded. We hope this helps!

So my Xbox one controllers Xbox light is turned off and won’t turn back on, but the controller is on. My joysticks pretty much turn the controller on for some reason and nothing is changing. Any help?

CustomControllerzz The support team is pretty poor it doesn’t make sense to call at all since nobody answers the phone doesn’t matter what time. As far as emailing it takes a couple days to get an answer that doesn’t even help. Honestly a nightmare process.

CustomControllerzz I completely understand that it’s especially hard going on here in New York. Just wished the website was updated to show there would be a significant increase in delayed time, and some updates would be nice.
