This rise many questions. Like did he influence narinder to kill lambert and also what and who is that fox. Hope they explain this in the game next dlc or that cult of the lamb animated series.

Did anybody notice that The fox literally opened up their face and we saw an eye in the back of the throat what even is the fox if they can just open up their mouth just like that does the fox have a lesser crown
The fox in this AU is a demon in the very literal sense of the word. It's a entity that appears and corrupts what it touches
Narinder said in another episode it's neither beast, nor mortal, nor god. In this episode, it's implied the fox corrupted Narinder into wanting to kill the lamb
