How to record first person pov with phone

In this video, I tested the chest mount for my phone to see if it's able to record a first person point of view or POV.
It cost me around US5 for the mount or around RM20. It's a little plasticky, but overall it's decent enough and I can see myself using this for sure for different types of videos or transitions.
