I ask all our people to remember we all African Togo 🇹🇬 and ghana 🇬🇭 are one continent! We must be proud of our African workers! The division of our people must be left to the colonizers; we come to the west and think everything is the best, and it's most time is our people there working for us! We must come together and let our Africa grow in peace ✌️ thank you for sharing

The beauty of uniformity of floor tiling is that one can accessorize that space with decor and that takes away boredom…..always a delight to see your educational videos, you’ve indeed accomplished much and thanks for sharing as always😍👍👏🏾🙏🏾

Beautiful house. But why so many conflicting patterns of tile …like color riot. One single beautiful pattern/type of tile would be look better inside the house. Staircases, rooms, living areas etc. more classy to have a uniform tile design. Then you experiment in the roof and the outdoor areas with different types of tile.

You guys are doing an amazing job. I like tiles, but I'm not sure if I would use so many. Tiles on the floors, tiles on the walls, tile on the porch, tiles on the driveway, and tiles on the rooftop. 😁

Twyford is indeed a good place to buy economical tiles....but one disadvantage of their tile is that, they don't have variety of colours to choose from. I recently bought bathroom tiles from Twyford at Opera Square and the price was reasonable. I.e ( Gh 58.00 ) 60 x 40
The bathroom Floor tiles you have there is not bad though.
    Nice presentation.

    Great one there!!!
But please get some protective covers over the naked water pipes on your rooftop. A good carpenter can build you one with some 2x4 or 2x6 wood.

I am from Togo and your reference to Togolese tilers as being the best made me raise my eyes brows. I guess Togolese best artisans moved to Ghana because it is difficult to find one here in Togo! I heard the same thing in Côte d’Ivoire when I visited. 😒😀

    Asher and Gad good day!
I perceive excitement in the air!!
Asher I am wondering if you can touch on how much fall is in the bathrooms or showers?
Or is the fall 1/8-1/4 on the lay of the house and land?
I was thinking about a drainage conduit for overflow both indoor and outdoor? I don't want to be sweeping water off the porches. Or tub.
Can you touch on this? Especially considering tiling.

My issue is GH & NG people use way too many tiles including tiling unnecessary locations and way too many color. Personally they rather look less classic.
Luxury apartments often have clean neutral colors

You guys are doing a great job. I am new subscriber to your channel. I have a burning question for you guys.
I am constructing a flat-roof concrete decking, almost completed but after watching your channel I realise I needed to carry out a waterproof work so as to afford leakage. So what can you advice your viewers on how to apply waterproofing to flat-roof concrete decking that have been fully completed ? Thank you 🙏🏿
