Hello and I hear you. The cost of living everywhere has gone up and so many people are concerned with the new construction. However, there are plenty of opportunities to own real estate in Baltimore and ways to finance people who are not yet ready to invest over $300,000 into a home. I have a program that allows people to do a Lease to Own purchase for a new home and then there are grants and forgivable loans. With these programs, people can afford to buy and own a home for about the same price of renting an apartment home. Let me know if I can be of assistance and help you find Your New Home.

I've lived all over the country but Baltimore City is truly a special place. I might even say hidden gem but i don't want to disrespect the millions of ppl that knew lol I don't have any historical context but I LOVE Inner Harbor now. I'm surprised they're still room to develop to make it better; that amphitheater looks DOPE!!
I grew up in N. In my travels I HATED how ppl didn't hesitate to tell me they never wanted to visit NY bc of what they saw on TV. I must admit I did the same to Bmore. Dru Hill and The Wire was all i knew (and I didnt even watch the series until after Micheal K passed smh) but actually BEING here?! I'm BLOWN away by the history, harbor, music, food, and art!!

Hello and THANK YOU FOR AN AWESOME STATEMENT. People learn more from what they see and hear so TV shows like The Wire, Homicide and others have had a negative impact on Baltimore City. Some of the creators of those shows made their money and don't even live in Baltimore City. They left the bad stigmas behind. Baltimore is a GEM and truly is Charm City. More investment is coming to the city. From one end of North Avenue with the work being done at Coppin State University, to Reservoir Hill, Square and Bolton Hill with the work done by MICA and further East is still waiting to be developed. There is also development going on in Downtown Baltimore with new home construction, new retail and new schools. Thank you again. Why are building more apartments when you have apartments already in the area. No shopping. No entertainment. You going to have to drive to a market to save some money.

Hello and thank you for that comment. There are many people in Baltimore that agree with you. They are actually mounting opposition to this rebuild. However, their only opposition is to the apartments. The people doing the development are saying the apartments are the only way to make the project work. It goes to the poles this November so that local citizens can have the final say. I'll put up a video soon when I get an update. Thank you for your comment. Please Like and Subscribe to keep up with other videos that I post about Charm City.

No disrespect but this is not the time to be moving to B'more. Do you look at the news? If you want your life saved, stay out of Baltimore.

Thank you. I appreciate the respect and your comment. Unfortunately, TV News and local media work best when they sell air time to advertisers. Like everything else in our country, bad news sells. That's why so many videos of negative behavior go VIRAL online.
Baltimore is home to almost 600,000 people. New development brings in new plans for the future. I'm sure both the residents and the developers aren't doing all they do for a failing City. As a Realtor, I help people move to Baltimore and find the best areas to live in according to what they desire in a neighborhood and in a home. I cannot comment on crime. But Baltimore is doing great. I'm born and raised in Baltimore travel all over the world and like so many others, I LOVE Baltimore. I'm sure you will too. Peace and thank you again for your comment. Happy Holidays
