I wrapped the indicator coil and inserted the capacitor corresponding to 3mH 225j 400v, but when it is attached to it, the filament lights up and the capacitor I used makes a chirping noise when there is a small pulse. what is wrong 🤔🤔🤔 ??

Why did you use anther 4 tlp250 to drive the 8 igbt , when you can use the egs board with tlp250 on to drive the 8 igbt. The only reason I can think is more reliable better insulation on a higher voltage .

I wonder y you don't reply to your subscriber anyway I just have a question about the ir2110 bilateral Ic on the egs002 the data sheet said the vcc can go up to 20 volt and I try 20 volt instead of 12 or 15 volt and the gates voltage was 9.89 instead of 6.81 so the igbt will work better but the 10k resistor can't turn of the 9 volume gate charge faster enough and the 600ohms resistor I replaced the 10k with work but its getting how what should I do leave it working hot
It is recommended to use 15V. Usually IGBTs have a gate voltage of only +-20V. If you use 20V for IR2113. The IGBT may burn.
Currently, in my designs. I use TLP350 instead of IR2113. It is more reliable.

chạy motor thì bạn thử lấy nguồn 12V từ pin hoặc accu để cấp vào nguồn phụ cho mạch xem thế nào nhé.
