In this episode we went to have lunch at Trincas, Park Street, Kolkata.
It is one of the best restaurants in Kolkata and we really enjoyed the food.
We had some of the best items like, Chicken drums of heaven, Chicken A La Kiev, Murg Makhmali Kebabs, Lobster Thermidor, Prawn Tetrazzini, Bhekti Florentine and Caramel Custard. It is one of the must do things in Kolkata and the best continental food we evert tried in a reasonable cost.

I love Trincas. It's a bit of the European heritage of Calcutta.
The seafood items really got me. when I visit India I have to nibble those. By the way there is a big difference between Custard and Pudding. You will never find this texture in pudding. The main difference between the two desserts lies in the use of eggs. Pudding involves cornstarch or flour as a thickener, while custard uses eggs as its secret weapon. That's why Custard is more tastier than Pudding. Thanks for uploading . Keep up vlogging .

Satyajit Roy er gorosthane sabdhan e Chris Godwin akhane band er member abd he performs here according to the story. You must mention thd live music bandvTrincas has . The band plays every night anx its Trincas ,'in house band. Their female crooner Candice is world class singer. She sings the theme song of Titanìc in a style at par with Celine Dion.

If I may dare to comment on something.... When you're cutting open a food item, the camera is on the opposite side. So your viewers are unable to visualise the moment of truth. Can I advise that when you're showing a food item or cutting open a food item, place your camera sideways? That might help

Je kono florentine recipe te kakhono Mayo thake na. Primary ingredients are spinach and cheese. Any variation of meat can be used. The dish originated in Florence.

We were at Trincas on Christmas Eve. The ambience was great with live music but it ends there. The food is borderline awful and I get way better food in Canada. I beg to differ here vehemently

Trincas is overrated and overpriced
But the standards of Trincas has fallen and falling from its glory of old days. It is now usually thronged by pwople high on money but low on class and status esp half educated businessmen who cause ruckus over .
Ashole eta apnader standard r noy. 😂😂😂 Stop insulting people about the amount of money and class they have rather I’d suggest you go to a low standard restaurant where you will find like minded people with narrow pockets and are so called “high class” according to you.
