For "week" should be "weak", shouldn't it? :-)
Quite funny examples, by the way... :-b "headlock", "conga line" "cleaning dip", "dragging someone by their tie" etc - seems like you have been partying really hard in Spain, oh well... :-)

One day a Christmas party was organised by Lucy’s CEO, and everyone in the office was invited. At first Lucy had decided not to go, but she stopped by on the way home from the pub. She had totally let her hair down that night! There she got drunk (this is not me hating on her) and made fun of the receptionist’s dress. She said, “That dress you’re wearing, you like a marshmallow.” She was now discussing at the top of her voice how low their salaries were “Overworked and underpaid.”, she said. Amy (my name for the CEO) was now going to deliver a sensational speech, then suddenly Lucy burst into a conga and everyone was shocked to see that. She raised her voice and said, “Hey lady, this isn’t the oscars, get a move on.” Everybody gasped and looked at Lucy in disgust and surprise. It was horrendous actually. Eventually, the speech and ended. A coworker of Lucy was in the middle of a chat with the CEO’s husband. When
Lucy burst out saying in a childish tone, “You have a fat tummy, you’re fat. Fatty, fatty.” Amy was on the verge of firing Lucy. Lucy hadn’t stopped there. After that, she pulled Paul (my name for the CEO’s husband) from his tie and dragged him on the dance floor. While getting her food from the buffet, she dropped an entire bowl of sour cream dish on his trousers. She tried to clean the dip too! She told Amy to back off and find her own man, when Amy came to help. Lucy was outraged and tried to start a fistfight with Amy. She caught her in a headlock!! Amy filed assault charges against her. At last Lucy apologised and got her job back.
The end. This took a while to write.

I liked how you creatively linked all this together, I'm sure it did take a while. Therefore proofreading is most important: When I read through this some words were incorrectly used or were missing ... consequently the sentence didn't make sense. What I like to do is (old school method) write something out on paper in pencil, for ease of editing. It's also good to leave it a while ... then come back to read it again with what I call "refreshed eyes".

English is an alien and a second language for most of the people living in different parts of the world. It makes no difference that one can write or speak it properly or not. Language is merely a source of communication. It's not a source of honor or pride. Those who still believe that the English language is a source of pride are living in the days of slavery (colonialism). Western colonialism is the darkest phase of human history. There is not a single European country in which the History of colonialism is taught as a subject. Even in the British syllabus there is no mention of colonialism. English is merely a language like any other language but its international status compels the people world over to read, write, speak and understand it. Every language is highly respectable and esteemed. Even an African or Amazonian tribal language is highly respectable although just a few illiterate tribal people are speaking it living far and away from the civilized world. The most important factor of a language is that those who are speaking it, should feel comfort and ease at the time of communication. People should learn English as an international language not as a matter of pride. French Prime Minister Clemenceau in 1904 said that "English is a badly pronounced French." English is terribly influenced by the French.
