The difficult part of having a travel agency is getting clients. There are a lot of competition out there who can sell tickets cheaper than you can. They are IATA members while you are not.

Since mahilig din ako mag travel, travel agency din naiiisip kong small business but, i dont know how start. Thank you for making this video, nagkaroon din ako nang idea.
After watching your video it gives me a lot of reason to venture into this kind of business, however, I have doubts about its success during this pandemic when people were afraid to travel or has limitations to travel. but I know and have a strong feeling na matatapos din itong pandemic na ito at for sure people will start asking ways on how to travel and see the world again, after being locked down.

Sorry..how do u process the payment? Who would charge the credit card? VIA or u will have to have an existing personal account? How about if the travellers do not have credit card and would like to pay by cash??? How do u process the transaction? Also...do u have to pay monthly fee or registration with VIA???

JC Legaspi you inform them that visa is required but its their discretion if they want to book even if they still dont have the visa yet :)

Sa international flight, may mga bansa na di kailangan ng visa katulad ng Macau o di kaya Hongkong, Israel etc. Pero yung iba kahit malapit lang sa atin katulad ng Japan o Korea yan kailangan ng visa.
@@lilliaantiporda4916 yes mam, that is true. However, i am asking if in case there is a need for visa. You tell the customers to get their visas from other agencies since you don't provide them? Example for South Korea, you can only apply visas thru specific agencies and can't apply directly to the embassy.
Hi Joyce, yung sa Via ba kailangan na agad ipasa ang mga rigid na requirements kung ticketing ka lang naman? I tried registering kasi but there's a lot of docs needed agad specifically yung business permit eh Homebased agent lang naman. I tried emailing Via but no answer yet. May you please advise.
