Teasing - Team debriefing and delivering bad news to family members

In this training course, the participant will take part in the doctor's initial debriefing after a medication error has occurred. He will then accompany the doctor to the first meeting to inform the family. He will be questioned about his behaviour towards his colleague, who was the last actor in the series of failures. At the end of the module, they will attend a video debriefing.
