- Quick review of Suzuki's mid-size adventure bike. I borrowed this bike from Blackman's Cycle in Emmaus, PA. Give my friend Spencer a call if you need a new ride! www.blackmanscycle.com/

RE means Road Explorer! Awesome review! Thank you! 😊
Thanks, I know. I wrote it in the description or, somewhere. I was posting the video and realized I misspoke. I thought I better make a note of it, someone will notice. Nice catch!
Its a nice bike. Just got my 800DE and its been great.
you plan on taking her off road?
Is this the RE or the Touring? RE is green without handguards and top case. Great video. Thank you.
I was told that this touring is an edition of the Re! So, both.
Thought you didn't get the RE in the States?
no tracer 7, but we have the re
@@Broken-six When you have the Suzuki RE, you don't need the Tracer 7. Greetings from the UK.
@@OperationFoxley19441 I’m going to ride across England one day. I wonder what you guys would do to a Yank who doesn’t pay his speeding tickets? You guys have a lot of speed cameras!
@@Broken-six We sure do have lots of Speed cameras, not as much as Dubai or Qatar but yes we have loads of them.
The only way you would have to pay is if you came back to the UK on a return trip It could most likely flag up. The authorities wouldn't chase you to pay the fines otherwise.
@@OperationFoxley19441 now I don’t know if that would happen. I wouldn’t go crazy, but I am used to spaces I know the cops can’t sit. If there no traffic, you can let loose. I’m used to doing that almost daily!
DE: dual explorer
RE: road explorer
thanks!
it has 72 hp at the back wheel
Don’t you wish we didn’t get 2 numbers? Always with the number to the crank, then we gotta do math! 😂
8R and 8S with all the tuning have been achieving 88-90 horsepower at the wheel, and 62-64 ft-lb.
@@exothermal.sprocket that really puts pressure on the R7
@@Broken-six It does. I'd say Yamaha has the underdog of the MotoAmerica team, working with the least peak horsepower. They still make podium somehow against the 90+ horsepower RS660.
@@exothermal.sprocket I’m going to review the R7 soon. That Aprilia is such a nice bike. I love their stuff. I almost bought an RSV4, loved my test ride on that. I ended up with a zx10r, because I chose Japanese reliability and the throwback paint over my favorite motorcycle engine right now. What do you ride exo? Suzuki?
