It’s the idea that even the smallest of our actions can cause ripples in the world, altering the course of events. Did you know that a tornado in the US can be influenced by seemingly minor thing such as the flapping of the wings of distant butterflies in Africa?
Similarly, our small act of kindness, a simple smile, and those positive vibrations that we send out can have an exponential effect somewhere else, we may never witness. But these seemingly unimportant things and gestures are like the butterfly effect.

I am actually feeling better..a lot of time have been passed since the last time..to all of you who are suffering like i suffered for years, have faith, it will come.. light and love are on your way.. the key for all of that resides in a simple concept:

I just love the "Betterfly" Effect story! In my 55 years on this "trip" with magnificent Mother Earth I have seen so many massive changes! Yes, on one hand crime, corruption, drugs, media, device addictions s full blown spiraling out of control. However the BIGGER change I see more and more every day is the AMAZING and magical change in Consciousness of Human Kind. Just look/listen to the Butterfly Effect as one small example! You'd have never seen this 50 yrs ago! We are more courageous, authentic, loving, peaceful and united. I see the ego crumbling and beautiful "Better-flies" emerging from their cocoons. What a Wonderful World! xo

How is it possible to increase one's own vibration? Why is it important to be able to increase your own vibration?
How do I recognize a bad vibration on myself? :
Being bad, having doubts, burnout, depression, no zest for life, no meaning in life, illnesses - all these are results of low vibration and all this does not really make you happy.
~ Why increase the vibration?
With a high vibration frequency, we can also free ourselves from deep-seated energy blockades and "dark energies," such as guilt or shame.
A high self-oscillation lets us find our true calling, our "mission" and activates our high senses.
When you are in tune with the vibrations of the universe, doubt, negativity and many other "fun breaks" will disappear!
The higher you swing, the less significant is the remaining influence of the ego!
The so-called awakening becomes child's play when you increase your vibration. Your mindfulness expands, your awareness of your true being unfolds.
A high vibration pulls into our lives events, things, and people that cause in us the emotions that correspond to the high vibration. Swinging up is the most elegant form of reality design.
~ Which simple options are there for each individual to increase their vibration and energy?
Relaxation.
Do at least one thing every day that gives you pleasure.
Learn to trust.
To paint.
Places of power.
Joy diary.
Doing good things and seeing the person you are doing good in the eyes is a true gift for your vibration.
Live your vocation.
Gratitude.
Open chakras.
Maintain social environment.
Let go.
Meditation.
Sunbathing.
To sing.
To Paint.
Technology holidays
by switching off mobile phones, WLAN, DECT phones.
Laugh.
Praise.
Clean up the past.
Forgiveness.
Remove emotional charges.
Forest / natural bath.
Etc. etc. etc. Everyone should take out the one where he feels most comfortable and of course does no harm to others 🙏🏼
And last but not least, of course: Listen to 432 Hz music ❤️
