That's an inverse ability so it wouldn't work on Goku or any character outside of Chowder's universe, but even if it weren't an inverse ability and Chowder did try to use that power, Goku would speedblitz him before he even gets to say it/use it.

Ok, I just checked and Wario has type 3 immortality which is immortality via regeneration. However, hakai was able to kill Zamasu who had the same exact type of immortality and Goku has hakai so Wario still loses. Thanks for letting me know about his immortality though, I actually didn't know that before.

For shedinja, just because goku can fly, doesn’t mean that he does flying type damage. Ki attacks are not analogous to pokemon moves. Yes they are similar, but do not have types like pokemon attacks. If anything, even if they were, ki attacks would probably be more alongside psychic type, as it is spiritual energy.

In a versus battle all moral restraints or moral codes that characters have are removed. But even if Goku did keep his moral code, he would just beat them by either knocking them out or beating them half to death. Also Goku has killed people before like Buu and Frieza. In the manga he also tried to kill Zamasu with Hakai and killed Moro.

Toon force is the power to defy consistency and science for comedic effect, but contrary to what many people describe it as, it doesn't only go in one upward direction. It's kind of a double edged sword, because if it's funny for the toon force user to lose, then they might do so. The idea of "Goku solos" is funny as shown at 10:50, so the first characters that you labeled as being able to defeat Goku could be at risk. However, all six of them have demonstrated that they are usually the ones in control and a different character is usually the punchline, so they're still more likely to win.
Popuko and Pipimi can blow up the Earth in their flying saucer forms in the anime intro of “Pop Team Epic”, but this wouldn't let them win against Goku. However, since Popuko and Pipimi don't really have continuity in their stories and they have died before, perhaps they can stalemate Goku by coming back to life after Goku kills them.
I would label Saitama with a question mark instead of a failure. Saitama demonstrated mysterious 4D capabilities, being able to accidentally break into a pocket dimension, grab wormholes, and immediately master time travel upon being taught it. How Saitama at full power would compare to Goku is a mystery, so I would prefer to not put a definite label in a comparison between the two.
Contrary to popular belief, Sans' dodging isn't because he's super fast. Undyne is faster than Frisk, but even Undyne's Undying form isn't enough to avoid Frisk's attacks. Sans dodges because he disobeys the battle system that most other characters are forced to follow. It's Sans' whole schtick to use underhanded methods to make things easier for himself. He's secretly a scientist, so it's implied that he figured out how to defy rules that govern reality, such as the battle system in “Undertale”. Sans still doesn't have the strength to take Goku down, but I could realistically imagine a potential stalemate between the two.
Wario is portrayed as having greater super strength than Mario and Luigi. However, characters in the “Super Mario” series are stated to be actors who can fit any role, with an emphasis on them varying depending on the story they are in. Given that the scaling in “Mario & Luigi: Dream Team” has contradictions in itself, I don't think any of the three are usually as strong as Dreamy Bowser. Otherwise, they would one-shot base Bowser. Bowser saw the Dream Stone as a source of ultimate power, so it doesn't make sense for his base form to be comparable.
I think that Kirby VS Goku would be roughly a 50/50 match-up. Kirby can make allies from his Copy Abilities as well as by throwing a Friend Heart at enemies. Without outside help nor preparation, Kirby can have three Knuckle Joes at a time alongside him in this battle after absorbing Goku's ki. Kirby may be naive outside of combat, but in combat, he is very skilled at dodging enemy attacks and reflecting their attacks back at them. Additionally, Kirby has demonstrated immense combat super speed, even without a Warp Star. Kirby can react to and overcome Meta Knight doing an attack at super speed during “Kirby and the Forgotten Land”, and Meta Knight could easily fly cross interstellar distances in mere moments as shown during the final few cutscenes of “Meta Knightmare Ultra”. Additionally, Kirby was capable of playing interstellar baseball using meteors as balls during the “Star Slam Heroes” minigame of “Kirby Star Allies”… There is too much to tell about Kirby to fit into just one paragraph.
Goku is potentially 4d as well if not more likely so than Saitama.

The other dimension has nothing to suggest it's higher dimensional and some people think it's a simulation(if I understood what feat you referred to) the hyperspace portals or wormholes are 3dimensional portals through the fourth dimension, that's what a wormhole is and hyperspace could also has several definitions. Mastering time also don't give you 4spacial dimensional power in any way.
Listing why Gokus feats aren't valid would leave me here a full day and you wouldn't read it, you could probably find sources on that if you try but they are about as valid.
But if you would consider them valid then due to Gokus massive progression since the 2 earlier feats(and the second one being far more potent than Saitama's as it would be a 4d universe vs minor interaction with 4d) he would most likely be far stronger.

Faster than light movement already defies the science behind space-time, and both of the combatants have demonstrated this kind of speed one way or another.
I already know that Saitama's current demonstrations don't reach those of Goku's best. I wrote that I would label Saitama with a question mark because the full extent of his capabilities are mysterious. There are more ways to judge a character's capabilities than purely looking at feats. Analyzing context, implications and reasonable possibilities are equally as important as analyzing feats.

The game is “Yoshi's Island DS”. The star children were stated to have "an extraordinary amount of power" and Bowser planned to use them to take over the universe. There are also more ways in fiction to take over the universe than to simply have the power to destroy one.

Well heads up, the following is long, but it pertains to our situation with these people, and I sure as hell am NOT the only one: regarding the infamous forum that I mentioned, the admin/mods once said this with vigor, despite how wrong it factually is... Even when THAT doesn't go into their favors, they will deny anything higher...
Because it got *so worse* lately... Like *the most absurdly biased that ever biased WORST.* *WE KNOW* Mario can already survive cosmic destruction in base (Mario already bested Culex who legit has power over space & time as a mere example) but homie doesn't even need to be Low-Multiverse level (in terms of such rating: Mario has defeated power star amped beings without any amp that have created countless universes before, in 64 he's bested Bowser who creates those paintings which were labelled as universes in sources. Amongst other examples too long to name here... Even then there are huger feats as it is, I mean allegedly: *One already said that Wario alone, bested 5th Dimensional beings normally* like that's awesome, but I feel like it's too good to be true) and as you said in those Mario Party Games: Mario and Luigi survived black holes that already warped two galaxies as it is, one can either swim out of it... Even survive it anyways...
Yet according to the Vs Battles Wiki as of this date... Let's see if you can find how wrong this was justified: Mario is merely Island level innately, Large Star in the guise of only being achievable as amps (even though this is bluntly wrong, not just what I mentioned before, but they are *literally born as Star Children* XD) and the dream depot only merely getting Multiversal Level (despite there indeed being more to the Mario Cosmology then such shallow verdict, SO MUCH MORE if Wario has bested 5th Dimensional beings *NORMALLY* XD).
Most who would visit that forum, the naive, will get gaslit into thinking that's all the characters can do or will get one shot by these weebs... When in reality, there is much more to said unassuming characters. So as long as evidence is very clearly shown, it shouldn't be ignored in ironically immature bad faith... As some people I used to stay in contact were treated *TERRIBLY* by Admins/Mods that one would intially trust, eventually one cannot help but loose their cool and the mods are bold to judge such backlash as a bad act or "act angry for a fictional character"... Despite how cowardly they are to accept that there will be higher rated characters from their own favors, hell there will be characters that I am not fond of, yet wouldn't gaslight a "debunking" of the Cosmology. So as long as it's all clear cut evidence, then obviously there won't be an interference.
I'm not a huge fan of God of War per say, but one of the most PERFECT COMPARISONS I can give to these Admins/Mods is that they are LITERALLY GOW Odin, manipulative bunch underneath... But much like Odins: Eventually for however unseeming the probability, they will loose control should they tick off *the wrong person* someday.

Can he survive planetary explosions without being damaged, all while knowing how big he is? eight inches? And Popstar is as big as the Earth and Kirby splits his home planet without any problems. Then he plays baseball with comets and destroys planets with them and yeah... not forgetting the thing with Mortho Knight who is more or less Death himself? I think Goku loses.

I don’t really watch cartoons like that but the thing is about toon force is we don’t really know how it works. What I mean is we don’t know if the toon force is for the character pacifically or the world they are in. Because everyone in the cartoons have toon force. Now I think some characters can travel to different universes but the universes still can be a toon force universe or all the cartoons are in one big multiverse where toon force only exists. The only time when we know where a character can go through universes is when a collab episode happenes like when jimmy neutron had a collab with The fairy odd parents. But you can correct me with all you want because I barely know anything about toon force.
Toon force is a fictional force powered by comedy that asserts itself over science and consistency when the time is right. Sometimes the environment changes by itself, but oftentimes a character is shown to be the one causing the change.

Arale has toon force but doesn't scale to Beerus and Goku pretty much does these days. Usually the use Namek Saga Goku for this (meaning he can JUST go Super Saiyan) and imo, anime Saitama scales to around here based on Boros. I'd give him the edge because Goku has stamina limits in SS until Cell Saga. I'm an anime only fan, so Goku basically in the next arc could probably win... but I wouldn't be surprised if manga Saitama scales way higher.

Hey, uh, about Saitama's limitless potential feat.... it's nowhere near the same as the Saiyans, in which the Saiyans need to have a near death experience to have the Zenkai Boost work and they also require training. Within the manga as explained by the narrator, Garou had Saitama's ability to soar above his human limits and gain power. But even though he had the exact copy of Saitama's power, Saitama's power somehow adapted above that and continuosly climbed above. So if Goku was within the same viscinity of Saitama and fought him, Saitama would eventually be stronger than Goku in that way unless Goku does something very out of character such as go straight into Ultra Instinct and speed blitz. Again, this was shown in the Saitama vs Garou fight. In other words, mechanically, Saitama's power outperforms every other power gain feat and he doesn't even require further training.
