do you bake the clay and glaze with uv resin in your room? if so how's your experience? I was looking into clay and polymer clay + uv resin seem pretty common but also heard it can be toxic. I'm still not sure if I can do it in my room and my family's around..? your video's really peaceful, thanks for sharing!
The clay is baked in my room in a small toaster oven, it does smell quite bad so I would recommend having some ventilation. UV resin is toxic and should be used carefully, I do make sure I work in a space with good ventilation (i.e. running an outtake fan) and wear protective gear such as gloves and a respirator. I would not recommend you do it in a room where other people are around. I would encourage you to do research on UV resin safety if you do consider using it as I am not an expert, so please take my advice with caution. There are other glazes you can use on polymer clay that are nontoxic and safer to use, so you may want to look into that. I am glad you enjoy my videos ♡
