I checked on the red cross who I dislike. I would think that hamas didn't pass the drugs on to the patients rather then the RC not handing them over. However the RC should be more vocal and active against the illegal holding of the hostages.

May I share with you about that verse? This verse is often taken completely out of context. That phrase is from Psalm 122. King David was praying for HIS nation. Being a king, he was also a man of war. The Psalm mentions walls, gates, a throne & palaces. But most importantly The house of the Lord was there - the temple, where God dwelt. Does that sound like modern day Jerusalem? Is modern Israel a theocracy (not a democracy) that is in covenant with God? It isn't wise to conflate old covenant Israel with the modern, secular state today.

The Lord God made a new covenant with Israel. It was promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 and Jesus Christ has sealed it with His shed blood (Luke 22:20). The red cross is corrupt. Every internationnal organisation that recruit from bad communities are bound to be corrupt. Because once some of them hold some power, they can spread dishonnest ideas about what is happening. And when a lot of the staff are women, as women dislike confrontation, they just drink the kool aid.
The red cross could have asked to see the hostages via video phone call. If denied, they should have insisted and reported to the UN (the UN is also corrupt but a formal complaint is public and it forces the UN to do something). But they just avoided confrontation.

Whenever I listened to Al Jazeera analyst Marwan talking I always think he is talking sense but I am disappointed that Marwan has never and never called on Hamas to release Israel hostages. What a shame!!
