All of us Bone secretly knows this. None of them have been able to match their old sound sonically and feeling wise. Im not sure what happened between them and Dj Uneek, but thats the main producer who started with them on Ruthless and gave them their signature sound that we all fell in love with. If he didn't produce the song himself, he co produced or atleast mixed the majority of their songs from back then. He did alot of producing mixing on anything that they made on Ruthless Records back then, even on their solo albums, he even did work on this album which was released on Ruthless. Anything that they've done outside of Ruthless doesn't hold a candle to their Ruthless Group Albums down to their solo Ruthless releases. I've even asked a couple of them why won't they work with Dj Uneek again since they've created their best sounding music with them, they either always get pissed off or stay quiet about it. I think it's due to bad business and them having issues with Ruthless in it's entirety. They haven't made anything cohesive in a full classic album after them leaving Ruthless compared to anything that they made on Ruthless. Everything that they made on Ruthless is classic and timeless, and that sound was ahead of it's time. We might get a flash in the pan from one of them when they'll have 1 to 3 songs that might sound like something from back then, but they haven't been the same sound and quality wise since their Ruthless/Dj Uneek days. Nobody wants to ever talk about that though. They all can still spit at a high level, but they lost that unique sound that made their music what it was.
