:- ingredients.
Vankaya tomato.
Water.
2" Tbls of salt.
Brinjal.
Cutting.
Chopped brinjal in a salt water.
Keep it a side.
4" tomatoes.
Cutting.
Add the chopped tomatoes in a bowl.
6" green chillies.
1" chopped onion.
Add the chopped brinjal.
Lemon size of tamarind.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
1/2"Tbls ' turmeric powder.
1" glass of water.
Mix well.
Stove on bowl.
Cook for 6-8" minutes.
Perfect cooking.
Stove off.
Crush them.
Keep it a side.
Stove on bowl.
Add the 1-1/2" Tbls of oil.
1" Tbls ' of black mustard.
1" Tbls of cumin seeds.
Crushing garlic -1.
1" chopped onion.
Roast.
3" red chillies.
Perfect roasting.
Curry leaves.
Add the brinjal paste.
Mix well.
Add the -t" glass of water.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Cook for 2" more minutes.
Vankaya bajji is a ready.

Not necessary. if you cannot tolerate green chillies (for some people due to acidity they won't use green chillies) u can add red chilli powder also
