- There was a scare in the air on board a plane that departed from Miami International Airport when the cabin pressure reportedly dropped, which caused panic among the passengers and crew.
I was also on this flight and the crew did not make us feel comfortable. They were confused, panicked and offered no explanation.
Say what? That's a shame!
im sure you were on there
I was on this plane and I can assure you the crew in the back did nothing but make matters worse for us passengers. First by yelling, second by getting themselves an oxygen mask and not worrying about the rest of us and third panicking themselves. That said, the pilot actually was calm and informed us of what was happening in a professional manor.
Yes, I agree. I was on the flight as well.
@@ashleypere7622 Question: Did you notice any air quality change ? I hope there is a follow-up video on this to know what really happened and why.
There was certainly a disruption in the atmosphere and I definitely knew something happened. Hard to know if my physical symptoms were from anxiety and panic or change in cabin pressure.
Aside from them panicking themselves, flight attendants generally yell commands (watch Mircale on the Hudson clip) and they are supposed to focus on getting their oxygen mask on first so they can stay alive/awake to help passengers. Same reason they say for parents to put their mask on first before their kids so the parents dont pass out, unable to help their kids further.
@@griz8483 Their training was very much lacking and FYI ,the fact that the mask didn’t deploy is under federal investigation. Also, please note, these attendants offered no assistance and would not answer any questions when asked what were we supposed do with no mask. Furthermore, if your idea of yelling at passengers and each other in fighting manor is professional then I beg to differ in a very big way since all it caused was panic.
When was that occur?
I’d be very curious to know what caused the failure of cabin pressure.
Boeing I’m sure
Is this another under reported incident related to the poor quality of Boeing max plane?
This was a 737-800, not a Max
@@DanniV8 good point. It's very confusing with all these different series.
Yes it’s Boeings poor quality
