Dr. Opeifa i sense your brilliancy but this is just unnecessary excuse for inefficiency and poor organization management that has characterized our nation. It doesn't really make sense for a nation endow with petroleum resources to suffer lack and affordability on the same resources. If countries that are not endowed as us is having the product without hassle i think our argument for this failure is baseless.
