    Upper body is pretty decent but need a lot work for the lower half, virtually using no legs in your throw. First thing I would recommend in working on is as you glide back that you rotate your right foot. so that when you land your right foot is pointed to the left. This will help you to start incorporating your hips in your throw. Then can work on once you land, to rotate your right to face the ring as much as you can be for rotate your upper body. If you do this your distance is going to go up soooo much. Also you are hesitant with your left leg. Plant it down quicker

      @@derekmacri1147 your welcome. I also recommend to only do finger tip push ups whenever you do Push-ups. Building that strength his helpful and can add a couple feet
