Abandoned House Destroyed by Nature - Being STALKED by Someone... (Roadside Finds)

- This Roadside Abandoned Finds videos takes us on an old back road to explore some decaying structures. The first one is a small house that not only has the open door policy, but also had a unfortunate accident with nature. On a surprising twist, there were still some contents left inside, but for the second location, well... things didn't go according to plan.
Come along with @rj78productions88 & myself as we explore some Roadside Abandoned Finds.

It's been some time since I've explored an Abandoned house. Although this one is in sad condition, it's still an interesting location. Thanks for coming along with me!
Pretty cheesey.. You let some insignificant truck guy impede your investigation/documentation.. I'd have told him to fork off and continued to film.. Grow a spine JP.
Just gotta know when to pick your battles. This one wasn't worth it.
@@JPVideos81 Respect..
I just love your explores but then again, I just love all your videos. I love to hear about you posting a new video even though I don't always get the notifications from CZcams .. Keep up the awesome work you do jay you are the best.
You guys handled that quite well. I've been "warned" to leave non-posted property before and by being honest and respectful have never had any issues, and have even learned a thing or two about the property by asking a few questions before leaving.
What a fun day we had. Thank you for taking me along on those cool locations and the roadside stuff we found. I always look forward to our adventures and what we find along the way.
Absolutely. I'm ready for the next location!
@@JPVideos81 You know you don't have to twist my arm. 😉😁
Wish I could join you guys someday
I love your abandoned videos! This one was definitely unique. It says alot about your character wanting to be respectful of the property owners! Thanks for taking me along!
😊💙
Looks like that if the guy in the truck wanted nobody to visit the area the best he could have done would be to either contact the land owner and ask for his permission or better still allow you to speak directly with the owner. He actually looked as if he was more or less a former of busy body, however this is only one person's perspective and each situation carries different outcomes. Thanks for sharing these awesome videos friends.
Y'all crack me up 😂!
Thank you for leaving. I was very worried about that truck driving by.
I love watching you 2 team up. Never s full moment!
Your abandoned site videos have always been my favorite.
Hope Jill & Lili are well. Safe travels you 2.
I love it when you find abandoned homes like this. The stove on the veranda is something I would love to have in my house in the winter!
I didn't think of it before you said something, but this is hunting season. Maybe you two should carry some bright orange vests and hats along in your car just in case something like this happens again. You never know. On the other hand, the area is pretty. Love nature's carpet and how it takes over things in the forest.
We said that afterwards. I'm not a hunter so it didnt cross my mind, but will definitely keep some in the car.
No one should be hunting beside a busy road that would be illegal - I think they are just territorial folk wanting to boss somebody around. Glad you got the pictures
The guy in the truck came across as a bit of a Karen. It wouldn’t surprise me to learn he has nothing to do with the property or the owner. In any case, your level of courtesy and respect is commendable. So many people would have chosen to fight that guy and it would have been for nothing. Way to spread some basic human decency, JP! I appreciate you for it
Thank you
yeah i wouldve left him unconscious .. he should know better.
@@leoross5777 definitely agree
I love these abandoned houses videos. You should do this more often.
You did the right thing not go any further. None of those abandoned houses are worth getting killed for out there in the middle of nowhere. Guarantee those homeboys were strapped. The one house made me feel sad . God Bless xoxoxox
That home is awesome thanks for going inside? Wow this p[lace is a golden gem by far mother nature not human. you are so kind hearted and respect for property is well maintain to boot.:) Keep up the awesome job of exploring Jay. Keep living the dream:) your friend from USA Barbara
You haven't lost your touch for abandoned houses, JP. Great job !! Loved it!
Thanks 👍
Love these little surprise roadside finds 🥰 so often there are some very interesting things left behind!
Another wonderful exploration and a great video 🥰 Thanks so much for taking us all along with you guys 🥰😁❤️
Stay safe and blessed be 🥰🙏😊
It's odd to me when a house looks that way (decay and destroyed) and there is a lot of personal stuff left in the house. Here in Holland, we don't have that. It's fascinated and interesting to me. Thanks, JP!!!
It's fascinating to me as well
Sometimes I think the more recent items that are left might be from a homeless person that is staying there, or that stayed there more recently than the property owners. My family owned an old house where my elderly aunts used to live…a homeless woman broke in and started a fire in the living room…trying to keep warm I guess…and burned it to the ground 😞
@@danis4054 that's a very common situation. An old resort I filmed a few years back burned to the ground from homeless lighting a fire in the winter to stay warm.
@@JPVideos81 sad situation for all involved..
Love these roadside finds. Interesting and you and RJ make it fun! ❤️
I am watching from Elmira NY I like history of abandoned buildings being revealed
Back road finds, off the beaten path are the best. Too bad that you and RJ didn't get the chance to check out/ explore the second location. Maybe, if adventuring next fall bring a couple orange hats (you are hunting in a way, lol).
But you did the right thing by not pressing your luck. Stay safe out there 👊🤙
You're right, I'm hunting for more Abandoned finds lol
You have a lovely disposition when you do your videos. You are such a nice man and I love your channel. So sad when a home gets destroyed and nature reclaims it. Leaving ones possessions behind is so heart wrenching . We come into this world with nothing and go out empty handed as well . However no-one can take our memories because they are a part of us. Look forward to your next video JP. Take care guys and stay safe. Fans from the Midlands UK 🇬🇧
I love the scenery in your videos as well . Really beautiful and very different from England. Everything is so on top of each other here unless you live in the beautiful country side .
Dreams do come true if you dare dream hard enough and make them into reality .x
Thanks for the kind words
@@JPVideos81 you are very welcome
Xx
Walk through the leaves what a great sound!
Your videos just keep on getting better and better. Love your videos
Looking forward to your next video JP. Take care guys and stay safe. thanks as always.
I love your abandoned house videos 📹
Your abandoned explorations are always so fascinating. I was imagining a family living there and enjoying meals outside and cooking in their outside kitchen. "Get out of my house" lol so funny, you two always have a great time, I laughed so hard at that and the spray thing, and the bomb lol! I think you made the right decision to just leave from the other location, maybe in the future you will have the opportunity to go back. I love the photo of the bridge with nature's carpet, they are all excellent photos though! Awesome video JP, thank you!
Having fun is just as important as the exploring 😊
Hi JP 🙋🏽 I haven't seen you in a while. Great Video 😃👍🏽.
Awesome abandoned video adventure JP! Thanks for bringing us along for the adventure!
Thanks Mitch
Thanks for having me along J. Killer roadside finds. Really liked the old house.
Hi JP . Enjoy your videos . Its cool to wander and seek out new places . As a property owner with part of the land being fields and woods I understand the trespassing issue . If it's not yours . If you are not paying the taxes on the property or an invited guest . You are trespassing . It's a bummer looking out your window in the morning seeing total strangers wandering around your property . I totally understand . We had to post . Signs , purple paint . It's OK in the back . In the front of the property it looks ridiculous . It's sad . You have to protect yourself from litigation if someone gets injured while trespassing on your property . Also adds more charges when they get caught . Love the new security cameras they have these days . Night vision , zoom in , out , sirens , speakers , 911 activation , link to police , still photos , 24 -7 coverage . Check and activate options while away . All about respect .
I definitely understand and respect that and property owners. Over the years I've come across so many places where either the owners have passed or the bank took possession and nothing was done with the property. If I see any sign of recent activity or signs, I walk the other direction. Thanks for checking out the video.
@@JPVideos81 Mmmmmm! I think when you enter a building and poke around people ' s personal things they refer to it as a few other things . Doesn't matter if the owner is present .
@@Bluemoon051 and that's one of the reasons why I don't really do abandoned places as much. Not worth the risk and there's plenty of other interesting things out there to explore.
I really enjoy exploring abandoned houses thru your videos ...but they sure can be sad sometimes can't they ? Hope no one was hurt when the tree came down... Wow ...no toy or Christmas decoration ? ... .. You got some great photos ! Great explore ....
Maybe if I dug through the rubble I would of found something.
Awesome! Thanks for posting, very cool scenes..
Amazing looking old house JP, excellent video. 👍👍👍 I love seeing abandoned places
This was cool glad RJ is with you. Lol that spray omg. Get out of my house! .. funny 🤣 careful of others.sad looking at the pictures of the old house.thanks JP 🤗
Those darn youtubers walking around my house 😁
Love your roadside finds!
Thanks Jeni
great video jp. good movie listening to the locals, people can be crazy.
Cool video JP and RJ thanks
Thank u
Hahaha...when you threw the rodent repellent on the bed and added the atomic bomb it took me off guard and I actually jumped/screamed a little. Lol!
🤣
Hi Jay. Awesome find. Hope you are doing great. I always watch all your videos. You do a great job.
Thanks Kat, doing good and hope you are as well.
That was probably a cute little house before the skylights were installed!! Very sad, but glad you two took us along!! 💖💙💖💙💖💙💖💙
Thanks Cynthia
Enjoyed the tour guys. The slide show was pretty neat. To bad we didn't get to see the other place but like you said You guys were trying to be respectful an did just that. With all the other hidden jems along the side roads an back countryside, there's no telling what you will come across next. Thanks for the entertainment. ❤️ ❤️🧡
Lots more to come!
8:23 that part had me rolling. Lol
🤣
Good video I really enjoy the old houses.
cognizance even with familia, gracias
Banded videos I like the best I'm glad you left ,if someone is that serious, especially no harm no foul,we wait ,you will find something better ,no worries merry Christmas ⛄🎄⛄🎄⛄🎄
💙
Awesome video as usual, you did everything right the house looked like it had been abandoned for decades and there wasn't any posted signs. That's the reason why recently I always wear an orange hat when I'm out exploring. Haven't been to your channel in a while but I'm going to catch up. Thanks for the video
Thanks man
Awesome video JP
Thanks
Interesting find. !!
When I was younger we would check out abandoned farm houses here in Iowa. Now abandoned farms have been bulldozed down pushed into piles along with all the trees on the property. It's all in the name of more land to farm.i think it's sad that everything in past on old farmsteads are being lost.
Definitely Always Find something on those backroads for sure. At least you got to see the "Open Air Design House" and got some good laughs in. Great Pictures at the end and have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Thank god for that open air design with the smell of the mold killer 3000 😅
It's a shame that you could not finish your adventure, looking forward to your next one.
May return in the summer when we're not so visible
Awesome explore
Glad you enjoyed it
The first house is a inexpensive design and built. You right about the second property. But the locals view they don't have to put up no trespassing signs.
You still got some great footage even though you couldn't get to the other place still enjoyed it I was laughing so hard when you started talking when you're sitting in that chair in the house 😅lol great stuff✌👍👍
Sometimes those unplanned moments are the best
Love the old wood stove
Both houses had an amazing waterfront view for sure. ✌
Absolutely
I've noticed that most of the ceilings in this house have drop ceilings, ( as in, the ceilings have all decided to drop down).. lol
Lol
Ugh I’ve always wanted someone to go exploring with. I’m not going alone! 😂
I've gone alone plenty of times and always enjoy it. But having a second set of eyes does help, but dont let it stop you from exploring.
@@JPVideos81 thank you! I did visit a farm that was abandoned and took some awesome photos. Not brave enough to go inside somewhere alone but maybe one day 😂 Thanks for the great videos 🤍
I liked the layout of the house you did get to explore and I liked the fact you had to cross a creek to get to the other house, Would have been cool to see it too. Might had been a nice home in it's hayday.
Maybe one day I'll get back there to see it.
I was exploring the old airport at Grossingers and had the same situation. A car drove by a bunch of times, it annoyed me so much, i walked to the road, waited until they came back around again, and asked wtf they wanted. People literally have nothing better to do with their time.
Nothing else to do but watch everyone else
Hi Jay, that first house, jeez I hope they weren't in the house when that tree fell and if they were I hope they all got out safely.
It did look like they lived simply but it also had that feel that they were probably very happy there as it's a nice location.
I think you did the right thing as far as the 2nd structure goes, that guy was actually quite nice, he could have been really
nasty and just told the owner without your knowledge. I guess some you win & some you lose, it was still a great video though.
Thank you for sharing, much love. xx 💞
I agree. Being polite and respectful goes a long way. He could of simply called the cops on us.
@@JPVideos81 Exactly, it's always best to err on the side of caution. xx
I am so very happy to see you and Rj78 back on CZcams......it looks like the home was on well water 💧it looks like a landslide happen to the home....a wagon bridge....watch out for moonshiners proceed with caution ⚠️....there Jp video and Rj78...
love the bridge
Hunting by the highway? I don't think so. Oh I shot that car that looked like a deer.
I bet there's an interesting story about the day (or night) those huge trees fell on that house. Hope there were no injuries - or worse.
👍👍👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥
Not a lot of people think wood paneling looks but I'm one of the few that does like wood paneling.
This house (location #1) is a weird setup. Never seen anything like it before.
Mold Killer 3000. 🤣🤣🤣
Y’all are too funny!
Sorry y’all couldn’t go any further. That sucks! But safety first.
Thanks for sharing!
Strange setup for sure. Glad you enjoy my humor.
Wish I could join you all on these explores
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I always wonder what happened for people to leave so much behind....and what happens to the land.
Watching this one so late, you got me...I'm awake now!.lol
😆
Great video !! I understand the guys concern but you obviously we're not bothering or stealing anything so why keep driving by . I think you did right thing by leaving also. Yeah I would say that tree took care of that first home for sure !! I was going to say maybe someday when the trees have filled back in and you have some cover try and come back and look again but I don't know if its worth it people can be real a holes !!! Never the less great video as always !! 👍👍
Many People in the north are born a holes
I may return in the future.
you willfully go on other peoples property, true its not trespassing unless your told to go or posted, but its wrong to default in believing its okay. just be careful and keep up the honesty. .
Based on the age and "look" of the bridge, how many years do you estimate the property have been vacant?
I'd say 5-10yrs
Lmfao the rodent repeller explosion 💥
Tell that dude mind his own business! 😎
Your videos are awesome. I am always riding by an abandon house that a doctor lived in ages ago. No one has clsimed that property in years. It is all growed up around the house but would love to know whats inside.
If it's not posted or sealed up, try taking a look.
i would think that the property should have trespassing signs to at least warn anyone to stay off the property but i think you guys did the right thing by not pressing the issue enjoyed the video, always looking forward to the next one take care
I was expecting the same. But best to move onto the next location.
Where's the location you are at about is this in Pittsburgh??
Enjoyed yr video as usual. Good having RJ with you, not safe going in dilapidated buildings. Actually the guy had no business saying anything. Just nosey. I've been around a long time tired of nosey individuals in neighborhoods and such. Yes.wasnt posted so dude in the truck mind yr own darn business.
Yes, definitely nosey

@@cruikshank lol yes! Mahoney lol
looks like a wood burning stove those are hard to find in that shape
What authority did he have to even say anything? My father always called those type of people goody two shoer's trying to pretend they have power when they don't..
No, they gave a polite warning. I guarantee you everyone who lives in that area were alerted that strangers were poking around. Country people look out for each other.
Didn't know about the purple paint thing
He was trying to keep you away from his crop and stills. That was clearly abandoned property....
😁
I am so much going to sound like a hick.
Here is no longer a town we deorganized in 2019.
Pop is about 315 give or take.
We are very aware you "dont belong"
It sounds like he knows the Landowner, either by person or reputation
Also 100% you have to wear Orange even if you aren't Hunting
I’m a hick too. Hicks look out for neighbors. Even after living in Miami most of my life I get pretty belligerent when people come on my property uninvited.
scary house you were funny in this video
😁
Still a good video! Either way, this thing happens to me more often than not. As a female explorer, mostly going alone, I run into this sort of thing more than I’m comfortable with, which sometimes impedes my frequency of exploring. I’d feel more comfortable if I got myself some kind of significant protection. I always have a mushroom knife on me, lol as I hunt wild edible and medicinal mushrooms, but that knife is a bit of a joke, haha. Sorry for the rant! Explore on! :)
If you ever want some company to go exploring when I'm out that way just shoot me an email.
Thank you! :)
Yeah, my friends and I had similar experiences. Luckily, no harm done but, after the property owners seen that we meant no harm, they gave brief history on the property, shook hands and was told if we wanted to visit again, just to send a text or ahead and they'd be more than happy to film with us.
If the owner was around I definitely would of asked to look around.
@@JPVideos81 I'd definitely let you explored my old childhood home if you were in N.C back in the day. I'd even show you the foundation of the house that was in the making if the neighbors down the street didn't vandalize it. It has history.
Sorry to say I believe My father would have asked that man you talked to if he was the police 😂 and I know it was nice of you to be polite but he did sound a bit snappy for you being on the property.. My father said if an abandoned property has no postings or keep out or no trespassing signs it's really not illegal to walk on the property... And yeah my dad's a cop..
I don’t know about poking around like that. PA has hillbillies, and they get really cranky when people get on their land. I still get pissed off when anyone even uses my driveway to turn around. But I like the videos, just be careful.
The first property, the bathroom was upstairs, crushed. I saw a glimpse of the toilet.
what does purple paint mean ? thanks for sharing
Purple paint means private property
The first house, from the outside, looks like an explore from past postings from other youtubers that used to be full of vintage Halloween costumes from the 60s and 70s. ?
That's a house I did, but a completely different house about 1.5hrs away from each other.
the man that owns that house is still alive, talked to him maybe 2 months ago,he owns that and the other on the same side a few up the road, both are in bad shape!
Open airflow design. 😂😂😂
🌬😁
Men! When they carry u out never to return and no family anymore or just can’t be found. Ur house dies with u.
Some people just don't know how to mind there own business. I get the guy seems as tho hes just looking out for the property owner and them aswell, but considering the circumstances, i would have just ignored him as he admitted hes not the owner and has no right to tell you to leave. For all you know he could have just been some random wanting to cause problems. If you wanted to continue exploring you could always go back, but park away from the property and walk in from another way so if the guy is around he doesn't notice.
It's ridiculous that they can expect regular people to wear hunting clothes you can tell its a person if they shoot someone its on them
Speaking of hunting, do you carry personal protection with you on these trips?
At all times
What does it mean if it has purple paint?
Private property
Kip
